Asanas (the physical postures) are just one of eight limbs of yoga philosophy as explored in the Yoga Sutras. Inside The Bungalow is honored to host Sri Nithya Medhananada Please join us as we explore the less known limbs of yoga philosophy: Pratyahara, dhyana, dharana, & Samadhi. Sri Nithya Medhananda will share insights into withdrawing of the senses, one pointed concentration, and share a dynamic meditation. Personal blessings will be given.
