All Levels
Experience the mind/body connection through postures, breathing & alignment while honoring your inner teacher by moving at your own pace.  This hatha based yoga class for both beginning and seasoned students.
FUNdamentals
Learn basic breathing techniques, yoga postures & proper alignment in a relaxed non-competitive environment.  This is a great class for beginning students.
Gentle
Yoga for every body! Explore breathing and modified postures to build strength, flexibility and overall well-being.  This is a great class for beginning students.
Restorative
Release stress, relax and rejuvenate through supported yoga poses and breathing techniques. Recommended for both beginning and seasoned students.
Tai Chi
Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese form of martial arts & classical dance for health and self defense.  It is a complete system of exercise and a design for living.  Please not the beginning Tai Chi is 30 minutes and cost $6.00.
Vinyasa
Learn to link postures with proper breathing techniques to create a dynamic fluid practice.  Not recommended for beginning yoga students.
Yoga to Go
A 40 minute break in the middle of a hectic day.  Stay in your work clothes (we do not sweat in this class) while you practice poses that focus on releasing stress in the neck, shoulders and upper back.  When you are done, receive a brown bag lunch from the cafe.
