We are also committed to providing space, time, and resources for fund-raising efforts for organizations we believe share the same philosophy and values as we do at Inside The Bungalow.

The Heivilin’s
Lance was one of our favorite regulars who lost his battle against stage IV Melanoma in January 2011. Along with his fellow officers, ITB held a fundraiser in December 2010 for Lance, his incredible wife, and their two small children.
Mesa Optimist Club and the Sequoia School for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing
The Mesa Optimist Club is dedicated to bringing out the best in kids
SSDHH is the main school in Arizona utilizing the Manipulative Visual Language (MVL) curriculum. MVL is a progressive language program that teaches deaf students the rules of English through visual input.
Susan G. Komen

JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund)

Tiny Peaces

Farm Sanctuary
“Currently, Farm Sanctuary operates two shelters- a 175 acre farm in upstate New York and a 300 acre farm in northern California. Our shelters rescue, rehabilitate, and provide lifelong care for hundreds of animals who have been rescued from stockyards, factory farms, and slaughterhouses. Here, the animals are given all the care and love needed to recover from a lifetime of abuse and neglect. All of the animals have nourishing food, spacious, clean barns, and acres of green sunny pastures in which to roam.”
The Nielson’s
Stephanie and Christian Nielson were in a small plane crash in August 2008. Stephanie is the creator of the Nieniedialogues, a beautifully written blog on the beauty of being a wife and mother of four.
St Baldrick’s
“St. Baldrick’s is the world’s largest volunteer driven fund-raising event for childhood cancer research. Thousands of volunteers shave their heads in solidarity of children with cancer, while requesting donations of support from friends and family.”
NATN (The National Advocacy and Training Network)
NATN is an international network of survivors, advocates, and professionals working collaboratively to end domestic violence, sexual assault, and substance abuse. NATN provides training, program development, and technical assistance through its local and international network of survivors, advocates, and professionals.
SEEDS (Support, Education, Empowerment, and DirectionS)
A project of the NATN, located in Mesa, Arizona; Established in 2003 to meet the unmet needs of battered and sexually abused women. The program is a community based transitional home committed to the physical, mental, and emotional healing of women whose lives have been affected by substance abuse and violence
